As a graduate of the University of Dodoma with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Khadija is an environmental stakeholder and advocate, she deeply values a clean environment for the well-being of all living things. She is passionate about educating local communities in Tanzania about the importance of conserving the environment for sustainable use. She appreciates engaging with communities to promote environmental conservation and improve their livelihoods simultaneously. She has taken the initiative to discuss and share her ideas with CAN Tanzania on how to enhance local livelihoods while protecting and conserving the environment through eco-generation income sources such as beekeeping, fish farming, crab fattening, and tree nurseries. She believes a healthy environment leads to good health for all living organisms and a fulfilling life.
