The Bagamoy Enviroment,Mother and Child Edcuation Organization (BEMCEO)  targets on smallholder farmers, livestock herdsmen and artisanal fishermen in Chalinze District Council.

 BEMCEO has designed and formulated several projects to strengthen the capacity of target groups to plan and implement micro-projects to diversify their traditional productive farming, livestock keeping and fishing activities to cope with climate change in their vicinity.
